By placing an order with Premium Pakistani Dresses, you agree to these terms and to our store policies.

Products

Our dresses are premium designer-inspired dresses, made independently in our own production house. They are inspired by Pakistani designer fashion and are not original designer products. Please read our Product Disclosure before ordering.

Orders

Please check your dress, stitching option, size or measurements and delivery details carefully before you complete your order.

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, including stitched and custom stitched orders. Contact us with your order number within this window. After this window, we cannot accept cancellation requests. See our cancellation policy for details. For other order changes, contact us as soon as possible.

Prices

Prices can differ depending on your delivery country and currency. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay for your order.

Payments

Please pay with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Custom stitching

You are responsible for giving us accurate measurements. Custom stitched items are made just for you and normally cannot be refunded — see our Refund Policy.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping policy for details.

Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind on unstitched, standard stitched or custom stitched dresses. A faulty or incorrect order is refunded in full only after the dress is returned, inspected and the problem verified.
