This website is operated by Premium Pakistani Dresses. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that business; “you” means the person browsing the website or placing an order.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies that form part of them: our privacy policy, shipping and delivery policy, returns and exchanges policy and product disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Unless a product page explicitly says that a piece is an authorised original, our items are premium reproductions: designer-inspired formalwear independently produced and finished by us. They are not made, endorsed or authorised by the original designer and do not carry third-party labels, logos or packaging. Read the full product disclosure before buying.
We take care to describe fabric, embroidery, included pieces and finishing accurately. Hand-worked embroidery can vary slightly, and screen colours may differ a little from the fabric. These natural variations are not normally faults.
You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep the password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has access. You are responsible for activity through your account except where it results from our failure to protect it. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
Placing an order is your offer to buy. The first order-received message acknowledges that we have received it; it does not yet accept the order. A contract is formed when we confirm the order for production or dispatch.
We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, information or pricing was wrong, payment cannot be verified, or we cannot deliver to the address supplied. If that happens, we refund any amount already received.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe’s page and do not reach our servers. We retain only the payment status, amount, currency and provider reference needed for the order.
We treat an electronic payment as complete only when the provider confirms it directly to us. An order using bank transfer or another offline method remains unpaid until the funds are confirmed. Cash-on-delivery orders follow the confirmation shown at checkout and carry no extra delivery fee or store tax.

Delivery estimates are working-day ranges for the method and destination selected, counted from dispatch. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Production time is separate and is shown on each product page.
Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address supplied. Ownership passes when payment has been received in full. If delivery fails because an address was incorrect or nobody was available, reasonable reshipping costs may be charged to you. Full details are in our shipping and delivery policy.
Contact us promptly if you want to cancel. We can usually cancel while the order is awaiting production; once custom fabric is cut, it cannot be cancelled for a change of mind.
After delivery, a refund is available only for a defective piece or a wrong article delivered by us. Quality dissatisfaction and size issues are exchange-only and must be reported within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. The conditions and process are explained in our returns and exchanges policy. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory consumer right that applies to you.
A code may have a minimum spend, expiry, usage limit or product restriction. It applies only as described in the offer, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may cancel a code used fraudulently or outside its stated conditions.
Anyone may leave a review; a purchase or an account is not required. A review linked to a delivered order carries a “Verified purchase” badge, and one written from a signed-in account carries an “Account verified” badge — neither can be claimed by the reviewer. Four- and five-star reviews are published on submission. A rating of three stars or lower must include a photograph of the piece received and is read by a member of staff before it appears.
We may moderate abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant or privacy-invading material. We do not remove a genuine review simply because it is critical.
By submitting a review, reply or photograph, you confirm you have the right to share it and give us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the product. You may ask us to remove your submitted content.
The website’s text, photography, design and code belong to us or our licensors and may not be commercially copied or republished without permission. Third-party trade marks belong to their respective owners, and descriptive references do not imply an association. Rights holders can send a listing URL through our contact form for review.

We aim to keep the store available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may change features, prices or products and may withdraw a product before an order for it is accepted.
We are responsible for foreseeable consumer loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or business loss. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier disruption, strikes, customs holds or civil disruption. If such an event causes a substantial delay, we will contact you; you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet made to your measurements.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your home country may still apply and you may have the right to bring proceedings there.
We may update these terms. The version published when you placed an order continues to apply to that order; later changes are not retrospective. We show material updates on this page with a revised date.
