Policies
The agreement between you and us when you buy from this store. Written to be read, not to be survived.

This store is operated by Premium Pakistani Dresses. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.
By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms, our privacy policy, our returns policy and our product disclosure. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where it results from our own failure.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or to breach the acceptable use terms below.
Unless a product page states that a piece is an authorized original, everything we sell is a premium reproduction: designer-inspired formalwear designed, cut and finished independently by us. It is not manufactured, endorsed or authorized by any original designer, and it carries no third-party labels, logos or packaging. The full statement is on the product disclosure page.
We describe fabric, embroidery, included pieces and finishing as accurately as we can. Hand-worked embroidery varies slightly from piece to piece, and colour can shift a little between a screen and cloth; both are characteristics of the product rather than faults.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it — it is not yet acceptance. The contract is formed when we confirm the order for production or dispatch.
We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where a price or description was wrong, where we cannot verify payment, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we decline, we refund anything you have paid.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page and never reach our servers; we hold only the payment status, the amount and the provider’s reference.
An order is only treated as paid once the payment provider confirms the payment to us directly through its verified notification. Any other payment method appears at checkout only if it has been enabled for this store, and orders placed with an offline method stay unpaid until we have confirmed the funds.
When you choose custom stitching, you are commissioning a garment cut to the measurements you submit. Those measurements, and the fit you choose, are your responsibility.

Delivery estimates are the estimates configured for the method you choose, counted in working days from dispatch. They are estimates and not guarantees, and they exclude time spent in customs.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, any reshipping cost is yours.
You can cancel an order while it is still awaiting production. After that, what can be returned depends on what you bought, and it is set out in full on the returns and exchanges page. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Codes are applied to the subtotal before delivery and tax, and may carry a minimum spend, an expiry date, a usage limit or a restriction to particular products. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be withdrawn if they are used in a way they were not intended for.
We publish reviews only from customers who bought the item, and only after moderation. We never write, buy, incentivise or fabricate a review, and we do not remove a review because it is critical — only where it is abusive, fraudulent, off-topic or contains someone’s personal information.
By submitting a review, photograph or other content you confirm it is yours to submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site in connection with the product. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

The text, photography, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or republish them commercially without permission.
Third-party trade marks are the property of their owners. We do not reproduce them on our garments, in our packaging or in our listings, and referring to a recognisable style descriptively does not imply any association. If you hold rights in a design and believe a listing crosses that line, contact us with the listing URL — we review every notice.
We aim to keep the store available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, products and prices can change, and we may withdraw a product at any time before an order for it is accepted.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, carrier failure, customs holds or civil disruption. Where such an event causes a substantial delay we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet made to your measurements.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and the mandatory consumer protections of that country still apply to you.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so changes are never applied retrospectively. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date.
