Order processing

We start preparing your order once it has been paid for or confirmed.

Unstitched orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.

Delivery

Standard delivery is free, in Pakistan and worldwide.

• Pakistan: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• International: usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.
• Express (international only): usually 2–5 working days after dispatch. It costs a fixed US$50 per article.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details where available. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page.

Custom stitched orders

Custom stitched orders take longer, because each piece is made individually to the measurements you provide. Stitched orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days of your order being confirmed and any measurements received.
