What we can tell you accurately about getting a garment to you: where we ship, what the estimates mean, who pays import charges, and what happens when something goes wrong.
We ship internationally from . The complete list of destinations we can currently deliver to is the country list in the checkout address form — if a country is not there, we cannot yet ship to it, and no amount of address formatting will change that.
Some countries restrict specific materials or require additional documentation for textiles. Where that affects an order we contact you before dispatch rather than risk the parcel being held.
Total time to your door is production time plus delivery time. They are separate, and confusing them is the most common reason an order feels late.
Delivery estimates are the courier’s working-day ranges for a zone. They are estimates, not guarantees, and they exclude weekends, public holidays in the origin or destination country, and any time a parcel spends in customs.
We do not publish a single site-wide delivery promise, because it would be wrong for most orders. If you need a piece for a fixed date, tell us the date before you order and we will give you a straight answer.
Every parcel ships tracked. You receive a dispatch email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us, and the same details appear on Track Your Order and in your account.
International tracking often pauses for several days while a parcel transfers between carriers or clears customs. That gap is normal. If tracking has genuinely stalled, contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the courier.
Import duty, VAT, GST and courier handling fees are set by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay here unless checkout says otherwise. They are normally collected by the courier before delivery.
Enter the address exactly as your postal service expects it, including any apartment or building number, and give a phone number the courier can reach you on — international couriers frequently call before delivery.
We can change an address while the order is still awaiting dispatch. Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot redirect it, and a delivery that fails because the address was wrong is not a fault we can refund.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging before you open it further and contact us the same day. If tracking shows delivery but nothing has arrived, check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us with the order number — we will raise it with the courier.
Parcels lost in transit are our problem to resolve, not yours. See the returns and exchanges policy for what happens next in each case.
Live configuration
These are the methods currently configured for each zone, exactly as checkout will offer them. Estimates are counted in working days from dispatch, and the options shown to you depend on the country you enter at checkout.
Prices are shown in the currency each method is configured in. Your card issuer may convert to your home currency at their own rate.
