Production time and delivery time

Your total wait is production time plus delivery time. Production is shown on each product page and begins after your order is confirmed. Delivery begins when the finished parcel is handed to the courier.

Courier estimates are not guaranteed and do not include weekends, public holidays or customs delays. If you need an outfit for a particular date, ask us before ordering and include the date.

Where we ship

We send orders worldwide from Bahria Town, Lahore, Pakistan. The country selector at checkout shows every destination currently available. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will let you know whether delivery can be arranged.

Some destinations restrict particular textiles or require extra documentation. If that affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Tracking your parcel

Every parcel is tracked. We email your tracking number as soon as it leaves us, and the same details are available through Track Your Order and your customer account.

International tracking can pause while a parcel moves between carriers or clears customs. If there has been no meaningful update for several days, contact us with your order number and we will check with the courier.

Customs and import charges

The international product-price uplift includes our own cross-border fulfilment and tax allowance, and the delivery line at checkout remains free. Import duty, VAT, GST or handling charges imposed separately by your destination country are outside our control and may still be collected by the local authority or courier.

• Charges vary by country, declared value and garment classification. Your national customs authority is the best source for an estimate.
• We must declare the actual value paid and cannot mark an order as a gift or reduce its value on customs documents.
• If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, any refund may be reduced by costs charged to us for the return.

Your delivery address

Include the full street address, apartment or building number, postcode and a telephone number the courier can use. Please check these details carefully before ordering.

We can usually update an address before dispatch. Once the courier has the parcel, a change or redirection may no longer be possible, and reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.

Delivery problems

If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening it further and contact us as soon as possible. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, first check with your household, reception or neighbours, then send us the order number.

We will investigate a parcel lost in transit with the courier and help put it right. A damaged, faulty or incorrect item is handled under our returns and exchanges policy, which asks you to report it within the returns window.
