MINA is an orange organza angrakha cut in the crossover style that gives the silhouette its name, with the overlapping front panel falling in a soft diagonal and the embellishment following that line rather than fighting it.
The organza is worked with dense gold-toned hand embellishment across the bodice, the angrakha opening and the sleeves, so the saffron ground reads warm and luminous rather than flat. The hem carries a deeper worked border that weights the fall of the fabric.
The look is completed by a coordinating dupatta panelled in contrasting tones, and a trouser that keeps the base quiet so the angrakha stays the focus.
Orange is the colour of celebration in Pakistani dressing, and this is a piece built for it — mehndi mornings, dholki evenings, festive lunches and daytime wedding functions. MINA arrives unstitched, with custom stitching to your own measurements available at checkout.
