Tailored to a standard size chart before dispatch. Refer to the size guide for measurements.

Cut and finished to the measurements you provide. Please submit them carefully — garments made to your measurements cannot be resized.

How custom stitching works
Step 1: Choose Stitched, then Custom Stitched
Select Stitched on the product page, then choose Custom Stitched instead of XS–XL. The price updates to include tailoring and the custom measurement fields open before the piece can be added to your bag.
Step 2: Submit your measurements
Pick your height, then type your complete measurements and stitching notes in the custom size note. Write the unit beside every number and check your entries carefully before continuing.
Step 3: We read them before we cut
Our tailoring team reviews every set before production starts. If something looks inconsistent — a shirt length that will not work with the stated height, a heel height that changes the trouser length — we contact you first. Nothing is cut while a question is open.
Step 4: Production
The panels are cut to your numbers, embroidery is placed for your proportions where the design allows, and the garment is assembled and finished. The production window for each design is stated on its product page, and custom pieces are made to order rather than picked from stock.
Step 5: Inspection, then dispatch
The finished garment is measured again against your submitted numbers, checked against our finishing standard, pressed and packed. You receive dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as it leaves us.
What we collect
Select your height from 4 ft 9 in to 5 ft 9 in, then type your own measurements and tailoring notes in one clear text box. The measurement guide explains what to include.
The form asks for
- • Your height
- • Your complete body and garment measurements
- • Neckline, sleeve, trouser, fit and other stitching instructions
Write the measurement unit beside your numbers so the tailoring team can read the request exactly as intended.
Who is responsible for what
Your part
- Measurements that are accurate and clearly labelled in inches or centimetres. We cut to the numbers you submit, not to a size we infer from them.
- The heel height you intend to wear, if trouser or lehenga length matters to you.
- Reading the confirmation email. It restates every measurement we received — check it the day it arrives.
- Telling us quickly if something needs to change. We can only amend measurements while the order is still awaiting production.
Our part
- Cutting and finishing to the measurements and fit instructions you submitted.
- Raising a query before cutting if a measurement set looks internally inconsistent.
- Remaking or refunding a garment if we cut it to different numbers than the ones you submitted, or if the workmanship is faulty.
- Answering questions about fit before you order, not only after.
If we stitch a garment to measurements other than the ones you submitted, that is our error. Send the dress back to us for inspection; once the mistake is verified, we issue a full refund.
If the garment matches the measurements you submitted but those measurements were wrong, we cannot cover the alteration. Measure twice, or send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will check them before cutting.
A custom-stitched garment is made for one person and cannot be resold, resized or returned because the fit is not what you expected. That is why measurements are checked twice and why we will always answer a question about them first.
Faulty workmanship, damage in transit and a garment cut to numbers other than the ones you submitted are a different matter entirely — those are covered in full by our returns policy.
How long it takes
Custom pieces are made to order, so the total time is the production window plus the delivery window — never one or the other on its own.
- Production is stated on each product page, because it depends on the piece. A lightly worked lawn suit and a fully embroidered bridal lehenga are not comparable jobs.
- Delivery comes from the shipping method you choose at checkout. The estimate shown there is the one we work to; you can see the full list on the shipping page.
- Wedding dates. If you are ordering for a fixed date, tell us the date before you order. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than take the order and hope.
